We are an online supermarket that supplies goods daily in parts of Zealand. DANMAD delivers international quality food where it is received directly from the manufacturer and delivered to the customer, giving the customer the best price and service.

General reservations: We make reservations for typos, sold-out items, tax changes and price increases from suppliers. We reserve the right to sell out items, but will of course notify you if an item is sold out immediately upon receipt of the order.

When purchasing goods online

When purchasing in the web shop, there is no right of withdrawal for food but you can cancel the order before delivery and thus DANMAD will repay the entire amount paid by the customer, including DANMAD’s shipping costs etc. The money is only deducted from the customer’s account when the item is shipped.

Should you expect errors or defects in goods in connection with your order or delivery, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and within 3 days of receipt of your goods, by mail or by telephone, so that we can correct the error.

The right of complaint is your right to complain about a product or order that has errors or omissions. This means that you can either exchange the goods, return the money or discount the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have identified the defect. If you complain within 3 days, the complaint is considered to be timely.

Delivery and transport

We strive to get all orders delivered as soon as possible, and if you order a weekday before 2 p.m. The package will be dispatched the same day.

The cost of delivery depends on the postal code and the time you want to receive your goods. Delivery is considered to have taken place when the buyer has received the order package. To shop with, your order must be a minimum of 400 kr.

If the package and / or contents are damaged when you receive them, you must notify us immediately and within 2 days of receipt.

We always pack the goods securely so that the risk of freight damage is minimized.
